From Kathy Staub's newsletter:
Finally, I am including a link to the Carsey Insititute study that found that 25% of Manchester children are living in poverty compared to 10% in the State of NH. That is a 10% increase since 1999. They also found that only 58% of Manchester children live in a household with married parents compared to 73% in Nashua and 81% in the rest of Hillsborough County.
